UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
LOCAL FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 - ANYTHING UNDER £50 IS £3 FOR DELIVERY - HULL ONLY (within HU3, HU4, HU5 and HU6)
Free delivery is available to all Tilly's customers spending £50 or more in Hull only within the HU3, HU4, HU5 and HU6 postcode. Any orders under £50 will be charged at £3. If this option is selected at the checkout, all orders will be delivered to you on Tuesdays & Thursdays after 6pm. Qualifying customers should select 'Local Delivery' at the checkout. Thank you.
FREE CLICK + COLLECT FROM HOME
Click + Collect from home is available to any customer wanting to make their purchase online and simply collect the item at Tilly's Online from Bricknell Avenue, Hull, HU54SY within arranged hours. Please bring your digital device showing your order reference number along with a valid form of ID such as a bank card, driving licence or passport.
UK ROYAL MAIL STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 WORKING DAYS) £5.99
UK standard delivery (3-5 working days) is available at Tilly's and is dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery. With this service items are delivered within 3-5 working days on orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 2 pm will be processed for shipment the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend whereby UK standard delivery has been selected and paid for will be shipped on the Monday.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking number to track your delivery.
UK ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL - NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 1 WORKING DAY) £11.50
Guaranteed & Insured UK next working day delivery (Monday - Friday) is available at Tilly's and is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. With this service items are delivered the next working day on orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 2 pm will be processed for shipment the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend whereby UK next day delivery has been selected and paid for will be shipped on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking number to track your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS:
EUROPE DELIVERY – 3-7 WORKING DAYS (VIA ROYAL MAIL) - from £15.99
Tilly's delivers throughout Europe using Royal Mail. Delivery to any European country is from £15.99. On some occasions extra postage costs may be required on larger or heavy items and in special circumstances Tilly's will contact you direct to discuss any additional fees postal fees to your location.
Standard delivery time across Europe is approximately 3-7 working days (via Royal Mail) Delivery to some locations may take longer and customs and import duties may be applicable.*
Orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment the same day. Any orders received after 2 pm (GMT) will be processed for shipment the next available working day.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY – 7-10 WORKING DAYS (VIA ROYAL MAIL) - £19.99
Worldwide Delivery is available at Tilly's. Charged at £19.99 with Royal Mail we will deliver to any country not in the European Union. On some occasions extra postage costs may be required on larger or heavy items and in special circumstances Tilly's will contact you direct to discuss any additional fees postal fees to your location.
Standard delivery time for Worldwide shipping is approximately 7-10 working with Royal Mail.
